I’ve had my wagon for 9 months and the 2nd set of push handle pivoting connectors has failed. These joints have the big red lock button that allows the user to adjust the push handle angle which affects its height and distance from the rear of wagon. Regular use eventually wears these to a point where they no longer hold their position and the handle slips .I like my wagon and use it almost daily for 1 -2mile walks, mostly on city sidewalks. I use it partially as an adult walker to insure my stability as i am working through a foot injury. When the handle starts failing, it can throw me completely off balance; I haven’t fallen but been close. OutdoorCreative sent a replacement kit in March to fix the first failure and I’m awaiting now for a 2nd kit. I’m also considering crafting my own sturdy connector to permanently fix this problem but will lose some flexibility in collapsing the wagon for hauling in my car.Yep, I'm that woman. Purchased to be able to take walks & if the dogs got tired (since the 3 are over 12 now) give them a ride instead of carrying them.!! My cats also use it inside as a bed ~ which is getting them used to it ~ purchased the netting & going to see if the cats will ride in it during my walks. Lol.I have been looking at wagons for over a year. My child is Non Mobile, Medically Fragile. I bought the purple for my Sweet Little Girl.I needed this for our many trips to the hospital.It can hold everything.I can put her in the wagon with her pillows and blanket and diaper bag.I used bungies to hold our grocery bag full of important things (coffee, creamer, biscotti, bagels, cream cheese, water flavoring…) my 3” mattress topper ( never go to the hospital without one), fan and electronics bag.I pulled along our suitcase that has spinners to move it easily.It looked like we were moving in.BUTThe best thing about this wagon,The extended opening!She had a major hip surgery and in a cast from the belly to the ankles.I was able to put her in this wagon on some pillows for comfort and her legs were out the extended part.This was a life saver because with the cast she could not use her wheelchair so I had no way of moving her around.Get This Wagon!****original review****The foot brake on this is terrible! Ever since we’ve had it, it is very hard to undo the foot brake. We always have to reach down and use a lot of effort to unstick it. Well today, the brake stuck down completely and will not release so it has rendered the wagon useless! We are also not putting any extra pressure on it to where it would need to stick. Waiting to hear back from the seller on this issue!****update****The seller did respond to me quickly which I appreciate, and they sent me a new brake and they said it was easy to fix. It was sent to me (very quickly which again I appreciate although unfortunately it did not resolve the issue )with no instructions, just the part. It was not at all easy to replace and in fact, frankly impossible to do correctly without special equipment which I do not have and should not be expected. I was able to get the new brake on even though I could not run the cable through the metal rod, leaving the old cable dangling there. Well get this, the new brake has the same issue! (and it cannot be user error because it is a simple foot break, nothing fancy about it or any other way it could be used ) It is stiff and completely unusable and we cannot even push the wagon because we again cannot get the break unlocked! The first break we ended up completely snapping off the plastic part of the break that you push down on because we could not get it up and it just snapped off! At this point I have asked the seller for a complete refund, much better wagons out there, do not recommend.****update 2******The seller requested me to call them directly. I got directly through to the person I have been emailing, and he was very kind and gracious to try and help. He is sending me an entirely new wagon. I was a little hesitant because I am afraid this brake issue is going to happen again, but he assured me it was likely a fluke with my particular wagon. He also is having me send my wagon back (cost free for me) so he can study it to see what went wrong which I appreciate! I will give a final update once we get the new wagon. Bumping up the stars to three now because of excellent customer service and hopes that this fixes the issue, this company I will say is very quick to respond and very kind and helpful!**** Final update*****We received the new wagon, and it seems like we had originally possibly gotten an older model? Seems kind of strange, the new one was clearly the same version of ours but seems to be an upgraded model. The brake does not have the same issue that our original one did, and also the handle bar on this one is much more thick and sturdy than our old one and also has an option to expand outward which are old wagon did not. Got the new wagon literally the next day, customer service was on point! Very satisfied with the updated wagon.Very impressively designed and durable. Our 3 year old loves it. It’s a bit expensive but hoping we get our moneys worth.Wagon is great we get tons of compliments on it and our daughter loves it. Doesn't handle crappy, cracked sidewalks super well, but it is definitely handles them better than our Chicco stroller did. The best thing about this wagon is the company. A year after we bought the wagon, the push handle brackets broke. We didn't get a warranty or anything and the company sent us replacement parts to fix our wagon. The repair was pretty simple.This is a simple ..easy to fold compact wagon but it is really heavy (compare to stroller didn’t expected this heavy) getting in and out of the car is abit work..when purchased I thought we be using it everyday but only used once since…when kids sitting inside it is not that comfortable since it is not padded (if the company provide a liner accessories it be great)..the ride is smooth..with the price just wish it comes with more accessories and can use more often ..would I purchase again probably not since we still use the stroller a lot more.. this is just a spare sitting at homeEs la carriola para niños después de un año, es perfecta la amo y todas las personas que la ven me preguntan dónde la compre, la compra y el envío si tardo, pero lo normal ya que es de otro pais y todo muy bien. There were some chips when we took it out of the box but figured it was ok since it's going to eventually get some wear and tear down the road. But after only using it 3 times with our 18 month old, the strap that holds one of the corners to the frame just snapped. I tried contacting the seller and no response after 10 days. Disappointed because I read such good reviews about their customer service.This is one of the best purchases I’ve made on amazon so far. I am 100% pleased with every aspect of this wagon. Very comfortable ride easy to maneuver and fold for storage. Well worth the price.
