For some reason it won’t let me add pictures but these skates are absolutely amazing. I’m a complete beginner. I suck. I started skating about a week and a half ago. I got some random cheap ones off Amazon and decided they sucked I ended up getting Moxi Beach Bunny but they were soo uncomfortable. So stiff. Didn’t help they were used when I ordered brand new ones. So I returned those and got these bad boys.I’m no expert on skates since I’m a newbie. But these roll crazy good. I don’t know too much about bearings. But the fact the lower, the slower. And the higher the number, the faster. I was worried since these bearing were Abec 3 they would be slow. But they actually roll better than the abec 9 on the Amazon skates. You can tell its super high quality, the boot, laces, truck etc. I am so happy with my purchase. When it lets me upload pictures I will. These things are beautiful.I did have troubles on the cheap skates, being able to roll well but these ones you can roll amazing right off the bat. Well worth it to get these as beginner skates.I’d like to add that ever since I opened them today I’ve been on them. So a good 2 hours straight. And my feet don’t hurt one bit. I’m a 8.5 womens and ordered the 8womens/7mens size. Fits like a glove. So to start, I see everywhere online within the rollerskating community that you should have very snug skates and that the suede will break in so much the skates will grow two sizes in size. I hemmed and hawed over what size to order for weeks. For reference, I am always a size 8.5/39 in womens. Always. My feet are 24.5 cm long and quite narrow. I originally was going to order the mens 7, but after seeing all kinds of posts everywhere, including one person who said they had 25.5 cm feet and the 6s fit perfectly, I decided to go for the 6. When they arrived it felt like my toes were being crushed. They didn't even reach the end of the boot, the toe box was just so small/short vertically. I took out the insoles and measured them against the insoles in my actual suede boots and they were identical, so it was purely just way too little room in the toe box, especially with the massive seam where the tongue is sewn in. I couldn't wiggle my toes even a little. I went to reddit to ask whether this was normal, and most every response said their boardwalks required almost no breaking in and fit great right out of the box. A few people told me to add suede conditioner and just skate around to break them in, but then I wouldn't have been able to exchange them and I was just not convinced that would help. I exchanged them for the 7s and they are PERFECT. They fit so comfortably and are just the right amount of snug. My feet don't slide around or anything, and it feels like if the suede broke in a lot (I am not convinced at all it will break in a whole size up. That has never happened in any suede shoe I have ever owned) I could just wear cushier socks to mitigate that. All that being said, everything else about them is perfect. All I had to do out of the box was loosen the trucks and I was ready to go. The wheels and laces are great. At this price, this is a substantially better deal than Moxi Beach Bunnies, which are vinyl and need the wheels replaced out of the box. The boardwalks are gonna last forever. I like the nylon plate, actually. It's sturdy but lightweight and can be replaced eventually if I want. I got the light purple color. It's a pretty color but I also consider it a bonus that I could redye these eventually once they're dirty because the purple is so light and neutral. I could go for a nice deep green or black or even a rich brown. Really pleased with these. I like that the wheel spacing is closer together because it will make them ideal for certain tricks, but coming from rollerblades it's a funny change in balance, but certainly isn't slowing me down at all.Overall, super recommend these. And hey, they're actually available to buy, unlike most skates! The skates arrived on time and are a beautiful pink.I laced and tried them on with a thick sock and they are to tight & short in the toe box. I cannot imagine them stretching enough for comfort. I am a 7-1/2 and I purchased a mens 6. I think it’s harder to fit 1/2 sizes. I am returning them for a mens 7. They are also a stiffer suede but feel like they will soften up and form to your feet. I hope they fit! These originally sold at the same price point as the Jackson Vista Viper (~$260), which is way too much for a skate that needs upgrades. I prefer a softer wheel (pulse or pulse lite 78a hardness ) for the type of outdoor skating I do. I'm assuming most people buying these are not actually going to be skating on a boardwalk and will want a softer wheel. Faster bearings might be something you dont miss if you've never had them though so you might find you are happy with the bearings as they are. The boot is a little stiff at first but will break in and form to your foot as you use them. The skate I'm comparing them to, the Jackson Vista Viper, comes with pulse wheels and bionic bearings and has a more cushioned and comfortable ( but a lot heavier) boot. If you can afford these I'd same a little more and get vipers. If these are on sale for something around $180 or lower I'd go for it. They are really really cute.Pros:Light weightVery cuteEasy to cleanCons:needs immediate wheel and bearing upgrade (in my opinoin) ($100 for pulse wheels and bionic bearings)These skates are beautiful and I was very excited to use them but they were too tight on my feet. I should have ordered a size larger. I have wide feet and a nerve issue on my right foot and need to have a bit of extra room. The Boardwalks are really comfy, and I'm surprised they aren't talked about more. I've heard these are really comparable to the Moxy Lolly's and run about $150 less. Why they are great: I love that they run a little wide so you can wear thick socks while breaking them in. The best part about these skates is they are great out of the box. I simply loosened the trucks and wheel nuts and took them out for a skate. No need to upgrade any hardware. The boardwalk outdoor wheels are so grippy-even though my old skate wheels were the same size and hardness, these are notably higher quality.A few minor issues I have with the skates: the eyelets left black marks on the tongue and laces. Also, the toe stops get loose and rattle, and I have to tighten them frequently. Sometimes mid skate session.Overall, I'm really happy with my investment.Bought these after reading reviews for skates for wide feet. Was glad I bought these. I’m not an experienced skater. But I love how smoothly these roll compared to the $100 pair I bought.Muy cómodos, se siente la calidad al usarlos
