On the plus side, the chairs are very wide (almost too wide, but I'm 5'1") and comfortable. The feature that allows you to have either extra padding or a pillow is nice, though I wish there were something to hold it in place better when being used as extra padding. The drink holder is on the small side but hasn't been an issue for me. The phone-shaped holder is a nice touch. The chairs are VERY lightweight, which I appreciate. The bags for the chairs have a carrying strap though I wish it were a little longer so it could be easily draped over the back of the chair when I'm sitting in it. While some of these issues are not ideal, they aren't deal-breakers for me.All that being said, as others have mentioned and pictured, there is a plastic, oval-shaped hinge that connects the back frame of the chair to the base that quickly became badly warped. The piece is now tearing and I know it will only be a matter of time before it completely breaks and the chair is useless. It seems like a design flaw and not like we got a lemon. I purchased two of these which are used primarily to watch youth baseball and both chairs have this issue. We're within the stated weight limits for the chair and don't do anything other than sit in them and use them normally. I didn't mind spending a little extra on these chairs because I thought they'd last us for several years but it's clear they probably won't even make it through one short season. I'm really disappointed with this purchase and would encourage others to find a different chair, especially for this price. They *might* be worth it at half the price (I paid $70/chair).
