The backrest is a trap. you'll fall backwards in two seconds flat.Strong frame. Lots of cooler space. I use it for opening day of troutThe chair is easy to carry.Too flimsy! Sent back immediatelyOkay, I tested two of these (one in each color offered) for awhile and am hesitant to not test longer before reviewing... but I'll update my review in the future if needed.Pros - Folds up really easily and fairly thing - to fit into the drawstring single-strap storage bag that's included --- or (like I would do if it's not in storage) just throw on the adjustable double-strap backpack on your back and head to your destination. It's made of a nice fabric that's thick and seems pretty damage-resistant. It's light weight and easy to move around. The front zippers are convenient when you're sitting down, you can just reach down and unzip the insulated area, the zipped front big pocket, or elastic drink holder. You can also just detach the cooler so you can access all that stuff beside you instead.Cons - If you think that little piece of fabric across the top is going to give any sort of support, you'd be wrong. Trying to lean back at all is a bad idea. It tips easily and you don't want to put all your weight toward the back of it. Don't get me wrong, you can certainly sit on this, but don't use the back as a support or rest. Instead it can be used to put a blanket over it to help keep the wind off your back, or a wet jacket to dry.Picked these up for a quick seat at my campground. Its nice to have storage for some gear right under your fanny and they collapse for simple compact storage.I like that this is compact and can fold up small. I was looking for something I could leave in my trunk for emergencies. Unfortunately the back support isn't great and you fall backward if you try to use it. So, it works great as a stool, just don't trust the back. Maybe it would be good for kids, but not adults. I like that it holds up small and is great to take different places or leave in the trunk.
